Mental Health is about finding a balance between dealing with the difficulties in life and using the opportunities life presents for further development. We see here that good mental health is not just about the struggles we have living our lives; it’s also how we treat other people. And research has proven that a patients relationship with their family members can positively or negatively affect their mental illness.

Although, care management can be very helpful for those issues, we also see a huge need for intense care management for individuals who have a chronic mental illness and cannot get access to any services. As professionals in the field of mental health, we see that families with loved ones living with a mental health condition often want an immediate and instant “fix” for their family member.

It keeps on affecting the corrected posture negatively, so that it keeps tending to fall back to the wronged posture again; until the corrected posture (if it could be kept like that against all the onslaughts of the inertial effects of the wronged mental health!) corrects the pattern of thought as well.

Those are all of extreme importance when it comes to mental health but the one service that seems to be forgotten is care management. Medical and psychological research has shown that video games affect one’s physical and mental health. This is not to say that you cannot live a “normal” life with a mental illness however extra care is needed.

As the patients correct their vision through posturing their body right, they do not correct their mental disposition; which again tends to spoil their posture the way it had done so in the past when the vision problem had taken root for the first time in their life.

It is not a secret that severe and persistent mental illness like schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, and major depression can require intense care management and advocacy. What is known is that certain groups of people appear more at risk of developing depression than others.

The good and bad experiences of one’s life shape one’s emotional and mental health. In anxiety disorders, people tend to get anxious when they are faced with a particular situation. Sometimes life circumstances can trigger an episode of depression such as redundancy, retirement, divorce, bereavement, problems at work or financial difficulties.
