  • Difficulty controlling feelings of worry
  • The emergence of various excessive thoughts about solutions and plans for every worst possibility that does not necessarily arise
  • Easily feel angry, tired, irritated, nervous, and feel cornered.

  • Doubt, fear, and difficulty making a decision.
